Assistance given by Madhya Pradesh government for startup-

The purpose of launching MP Startup Policy by the Government of Madhya Pradesh is to provide financial and non-financial assistance to startups and ideas in the state so that those starting startups do not face any difficulty. The government exemptions given by the MP government to startups are as follows-

Under the MP Startup Policy, such startups which have received funds from an institution recognized by SEBI or RBI, then they will get a maximum financial assistance of 15 lakh rupees at the rate of 15% of the investment received for the first time.

Under the MP Startup Policy, those incubators that organize startup programs will be given assistance of ₹ 500000 per event, which will not exceed 20 lakhs per year.

An assistance of Rs.5 lakh will be provided to the incubators for their upliftment throughout their life time.

Under the MP Startup Policy, 50% of the rent per month i.e. maximum of ₹ 5000 per month in lease and rental assistance will be waived by the government. This assistance will be given for a maximum period of 3 years.

Made in the field of technical, health, education under MP Startup Policy

A maximum assistance of ₹ 5 lakh will be given to obtain the patent for the given innovation.

Additional 20% assistance will be given to new startups set up by women.

Startup center will be set up in the state in which guidance and technical assistance will be provided to new startups.

Under the Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2022, the new employee will get ₹ 5000 per month per employee assistance amount for the first 3 years.

Employee assistance amount will be given for maximum 3 years which will be given to maximum 25 employees. this help

Under this scheme, electricity bill will be rebate for 3 years on taking electricity connection and for the next 3 years from the date of commencement of production in the enterprise, the bill will have to be distributed at the rate of ₹ 5 per unit only.

An online portal will be developed for the development and assistance of startups in Madhya Pradesh. Through this portal, this portal works as a bridge for problems related to startups, for investors, incubators and other works and for mutual contact.
